ALASKA SCOTTISH HIGHLAND GAMES WAIVER:
The undersigned, desiring to participate in the Alaskan Scottish Highland Games being sponsored by the Alaskan Scottish Club, Inc., including its members and affiliated groups, and recognizing that the Alaskan Scottish Club, Inc. is not in a position to be responsible for injuries or damages, hereby agrees to fully and completely release and waive the Alaskan Scottish Club, Inc., all of its members and affiliated groups, from all claims, rights, or causes of action of any nature which might acquire by virtue of injury to self or others or damages to property of self or others arising out of participation in said Scottish Games; and further hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Alaskan Scottish Club, Inc., all of its members and affiliated groups, harmless from all liability, claims, damages and costs arising in any way out of participation in said Games. I also understand and agree that the Alaskan Scottish Club may use for publicity of the Alaskan Scottish Highland Games photographs and video images of the entrant’s participation in this event without obligation or liability to the entrant.
PHOTO RELEASE:
The undersigned hereby gives consent to the Alaska Scottish Club to take photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs of myself and/or my organization during the Highland Games and to use such photographs, audio recordings, and/or video graphs for such promotion, publicity of other lawful purposes as the Alaska Scottish Club deems appropriate.
